Prominent Lebanese
Our forefathers founded several quarters
and cities throughout the Mediterranean basin in the first millennium
B.C. They mastered the navigation by the stars, introduced the market
system of bargain trade, and exchanged culture and science with nations.
Cadmus taught the alphabet, Pythagoras of Tyre spread geometry and philosophy,
and Europa, a princess of Tyre, gave her name to the old continent.
Nowadays, we follow the steps of their ancestors in the
whole world, contribute to the development of the countries in which
they live, we have the best human relationships with people, and carry
the message of love and welfare.
Lebanese excel in all fields: They are brilliant politicians,
economists, writers, poets, scientists, bankers, traders
and
wherever we go, we encounter a successful Lebanese.
